Refund policy

• If items are not fulfilled in Order Ahead packages, Holy Trinity Barbecue will offer a comparable substitute when you arrive to pick up your order, or fill the missing item when next available. Refund in original form of payment will be made when a substitute can not be made.

Fulfillment policy

• Order Ahead - Once you have received a confirmation email, head to Holy Trinity Barbecue on the date that you selected, located at 3582 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97202 any time between 11a & 8p. There is no pick-up time window. Because all of our meats are slow cooked for hours, we have everything ready for you on your time frame. Show up during our operating hours and let us know your name and order number and we will have your order packaged up for you in 3-4 minutes while you wait.

Cancellation policy

• To cancel an Order Ahead item, within 12 hours of pick up date, please email [email protected] with the order number and we will refund purchase via the original form of payment. Or walk-up to our cart at The Original with your order number and we will refund your order.
